If you are investing in people at all you are going to be around people who are struggling. Struggling in their trust in or obedience to Jesus. But how do you help them? How do you know when to speak or when to just listen? When to sympathize and when to challenge? In this verse, Paul gives brief, but very direct and helpful counsel.
