Ecclesiastes 3:4 A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance;

It is inevitable that we will lose someone. None of us are guaranteed to live forever on this Earth. Sometimes, we have time to process the loss and sometimes it takes us by complete surprise. How we handle the grief and how we choose to mourn are different for everyone but it has to be dealt with or our own health and wellness can suffer. In this episode, I talk about a life well lived, honoring those who have passed, and who can help with the process.

This week I am answering a question I received that asked how can I reverse the two injections of the vaccine that I received in 2021.

While you can't reverse the effects, you may be able to minimize any adverse effects or prevent further complications. My answer is based on current knowledge that is subject to change as we gather more information.

The cost of something doesn't always refer to money. By counting the cost, you are agreeing to certain terms and expectations. When it comes to your health, are you truly counting the cost when you choose the most convenient option?
