Faith is more than silently believing. Faith is believing in the heart, and it is expressing that belief by acting on it. And the number one action is your words, the confession of your mouth. The moment we begin to decree and say what He says, no matter how it looks or feels, heaven gets involved with earth. This is the secret to an overcoming life.

Faith is believing and expressing a belief, primarily through your words. Jesus had what He said would happen. What He said affected changes in the natural world, and He's saying the same thing can happen with you. What you say can happen! The moment we begin to decree and say what He says, no matter how it looks or feels, heaven gets involved with earth. This is the secret to an overcoming life.

When God speaks, His Words create. His Words change things, altering them for the better. The number one action of your faith is speaking. There are other actions that go along with it, but that is always first and foremost. As Jesus walked the earth, He spoke Words that He believed, and it affected miraculous things. The moment we begin to decree and say what He says, no matter how it looks or feels, heaven gets involved with earth. This is the secret to an overcoming life.

Many Christians, when they talk about believing, don't associate it with speaking. But there is no such thing as the spirit of faith without speaking. God released His faith through His Words. He has always done it, and He continues to do it. And we are made in His likeness and image. The moment we begin to decree and say what He says, no matter how it looks or feels, heaven gets involved with earth. This is the secret to an overcoming life.

Faith is speaking that which is not yet in the natural and that which is not seen. It is calling it as though it already was. You're not saying that you feel that way, and you're not saying that you look that way, but you're speaking to it to change it. The moment we begin to decree and say what He says, no matter how it looks or feels, heaven gets involved with earth. This is the secret to an overcoming life.

We can look at the unseen by faith. And focusing on the unseen, being mindful and aware of the unseen, puts us in a place to be proactive instead of just reactive. When we learn spiritual truths, we can say something before it ever happens. We can set something in motion in the unseen realm that then shows up in the seen realm. We are made in the image of God, and He has told us to be imitators of Him. Like God framed the worlds with His words, we can frame our world with our words.

God has been functioning by what He says from the very beginning. The church used to know this centuries ago, that Jesus is the High Priest of our confession, and that He works with what we say. But there is a war of words. The enemy is trying to use our words against ourselves, getting us to agree with him by saying hurtful and harmful things we shouldn't be saying. We are made in the image of God, and He has told us to be imitators of Him. Like God framed the worlds with His words, we can frame our world with our words.

Jesus warned us about using empty, non-working words. He said we'd have to give an account of them. We are to use words that work, words that energize, words that bind and loose. Your words carry more weight in your life than anyone else's words, including God's. We are made in the image of God, and He has told us to be imitators of Him. Like God framed the worlds with His words, we can frame our world with our words.

The ungodly world only uses its words to express thoughts and feelings. It doesn't have a concept of using words to change things. But God doesn't speak just to communicate. When He speaks, He releases faith and power that brings change. His words are effective and produce results. We are made in the image of God, and He has told us to be imitators of Him. Like God framed the worlds with His words, we can frame our world with our words.

The worlds were framed, shaped, and molded into existence by God's words. He wants us to operate this way too. He has anointed us with the Holy Spirit, and Jesus has given us authority in His name. We can see the glorious possibilities of walking as He walked, and speaking like He spoke, and seeing results like He saw. We are made in the image of God, and He has told us to be imitators of Him. Like God framed the worlds with His words, we can frame our world with our words.
