Sheila's Corporate Career and Discovery of Fraud
Sheila transitioned from a corporate human resources director to a business owner to reform the fraudulent workers' compensation system.
She uncovered widespread corruption where doctors colluded with attorneys to manipulate medical decisions.
Refusing to participate, she started her own business with a practice management agreement to avoid illegal fee-splitting, succeeding despite opposition from those in the corrupt system.
Judicial Corruption and Personal Persecution
In 1991, Sheila faced a hostile takeover of her corporation, with her accounts and home illegally seized before any court case was filed.
She discovered a painting of hers in the presiding judge’s office, revealing judicial involvement in the corruption.

The FBI changed Sheila’s Social Security number multiple times in 1992, 1995, 1998, and 1999 for her protection, but her records remained merged, rendering the changes ineffective.
Each new number forced her to relocate and change jobs, yet illegal immigrants used her new numbers immediately.
In 2005, the FBI reissued her 1998 number, perpetuating the cycle of identity disruption despite promises of a permanent fix.
Global Travel on "God's Currency"
From 1998 to 2000, Sheila traveled the world with divine provision, such as receiving $600 from a stranger to travel from Australia to Tonga.
She visited countries like England, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Africa, and Tonga, often leaving with $5 and returning with $5, relying on no credit or steady income.
She interpreted this as God training her to live on "His currency."
Identity Theft Legislation and Government Corruption
In 2003, Sheila wrote a memo for the Senate Banking and Finance Committee on identity theft, identifying illegal immigrants as primary perpetrators, but her findings were dismissed for political reasons.
Banks and government agencies enabled illegal immigrants to use stolen Social Security numbers for credit and home purchases.
Despite her evidence, officials ignored the root causes of identity theft, frustrating her efforts.
