The article "Stop Telling Woman They Have Imposter Syndrome" published in the Harvard Business Review, states that "Psychologists Pauline Rose Clance and Suzanne Imes developed the concept, originally termed “imposter phenomenon,” in their 1978 founding study, which focused on high-achieving women."
But most recent this topic has become all too familiar with women and men who even if they are not extremely successful as social standards define, they too deal with feeling like they are unqualified. On today's show, I talk candidly about how I dealt with having Imposter Syndrome and steps you can take to rid of those negative thoughts.
