Let's get spooky and a little sexy in episode 76, all about Carmilla! We're talking about how online media impacts who gets to tell stories, the legacy of our childhood faves, and branded feminism. Did you think this was going to be a light and fluffy episode? We did too, honestly. We're incorrigible.

Mistakes: Our discussion of gendered clothing and non-binary representation could be better—sometimes we discuss things that aren't in the outline, and our wording isn't as clear as we'd like it to be. What we mean in this discussion is that non-binary folks don't have to look a certain way to be non-binary; pop culture and fashion imply that androgyny looks masculine, but not everybody's identities align with that. A non-binary person is non-binary no matter what they wear. Both of us are cis, and we're willing to admit that we screw up sometimes; if you want to correct us about anything we said in this conversation, please do! We want to do better, and we appreciate the feedback.
