When we talk about leaders who fail big time, we say, “They fell from grace.”  From a gospel point of view that makes no sense.  When a leader’s life or anyone’s falls apart, the gospel says that we get to fall into grace.  That’s what happened to Dr Jeremy Grinnell.  Jeremy was the preaching pastor at Bella Vista Church in Rockford, MI.  He taught at Grand Rapids Theological Seminary, and he fell.  Hard.  Fell into an emotional affair, fell into a near fatal clinical depression.

And then in 20 seconds of folly threw everything away as he looked into the bedroom window of the woman he was having an emotional affair with.  He was charged with invasion of privacy, was publicly disgraced and lost his ministry.  But he didn’t lose Jesus or his bride and children.  This is a story of self-destruction and redemption.  Jeremy and his bride Denise join the team today to share their beautifully broken story.  Their story will be shared at an even deeper level in Jeremy’s upcoming book, The Bellowing of Cain.  Please share this show!
