Oh boy! When I realized I was holding others MORE accountable with this question than MYSELF it really hit me like a ton of bricks. "Are my actions aligning with my words?" Actions DO NOT speak louder than words or vice versa. The sweet spot is when actions and words are in alignment. If they are not our self-esteem and self-trust is chipped away at. This self-love question to make a habit is ALL about checking in with ourself and holding ourself accountable. "What energy am I putting out?" When we take responsibility for what we can control, which are our thoughts and behaviors, we can be more proactive and intentional about what energy we are putting out into the world.
