They are the ones locking people up for wrong-think, suppressing speech, rigging elections, and colluding with media empires to control information (Twitter Files, anyone?). Thus, when Trump won — and when he inevitably began rolling back their fiefdom of corruption — they had no choice but to brand him a “dictator”. This wasn’t political strategy. It was psychological projection.
