Many peoples around the world have a similar process to the Hawaiians - Ho'oponopono.

Pono means being ALL right with the world you inhabit - ponopono just doubles the strength! and the Ho'o means getting to it.

The four sentences are

Please forgive me

Thank you

I Love you

and they are there to be often repeated to help you get to being alright with your world on every level.
