Elena Nola, an INTJ Enneagram 7 single mom, breaks down her difficulties around housework and how she has been making sense of, and working to improve upon this part of her life.
Sandra gives a quick update since her surgery earlier this year. (Spoiler: Things are not going well! Please be patient if there are any lags in future episode releases)
She then introduces Elena Nola, an Integration Mentor working to help her clients to optimize their lives and break old patterns of thinking, being, and relating that are keeping them trapped in fear, disconnection, and exhaustion. You can find Elena at: www.thepatternbreaker.com
Elena tells us about the unique combination of being someone with INTJ preferences on the Myers-Briggs who also identifies as an Enneagram 7. She talks about why housework is so difficult for her as someone with these specific type preferences and also how her childhood experiences play into this as well. She takes us through the process she used to unpack her house keeping difficulties and her plan to improve this part of her life and how it’s going now!
Sandra and Elena also speculate what other personality types might struggle with housework and why.
