We all have heard of rock climbing but very few of us have the opportunity and the will to do it. This sport involves major risk taking, injuries, fear of failure and that which is very hard to pursue. It is also known that rock climbing can change one’s perspective of life and build character. In today’s episode, we have our dear guest Marianne Munoz. She was born and bred in Northern Philippines. Being an Accountant and a Financial Modeler by profession, she identifies herself best as a rock climber. She is here with us to share her passion for rock climbing which has become a huge part of her life. To her rock climbing is not just a sport of choice but a guide to life!

She is a multitalented writer, who has done her Master of Arts in Kannada literature in Mysore University. Her books are mainly on short moral stories for children and travel related stories. She has narrated her stories in radio channels and tv shows. She has also won many state and district level awards related to Kannada literature.

In this episode, Suresh Chakrapani, will guide us on becoming an actual observer of the skies. He’s a Lead Engineer at Wells Fargo at Bangalore whose hobby is to study Astronomy. He’s also a volunteer in Bangalore Astronomical Society (BAS), a non profit group which promotes Astronomy knowledge to the public.
