Today I share my reflections of my own recent diagnosis of an anxiety disorder and why this conversation is especially relevant to my family. This is new territory for me and I hope that by sharing my story, I can open the conversation about mental health a little more. If you're struggling in similar ways, I want you to know you're worth getting the help and support you need too.

A parenting nightmare you never wanted to encounter. That's what being faced with the news that your own child is making public suicide threats is.
And yet, because someone else was brave enough to share their process navigating this circumstance just a few months ago, we were able to make better decisions and show up for our daughter in a big way. I hope you never have to go through this experience, but if you do, I hope that sharing our story can encourage you.

But, if you DO have strong custom audiences - like those that we talked about last week - then you definitely want to stick around to learn more about Facebook Lookalike Audiences and how they can benefit your marketing efforts!

As entrepreneurs, shoot, as parents, it's easy to want to share our kid's pictures and stories in everything we do online. They are important to us, they impact us, and we are proud of them!
But are the things we're sharing really ours to share? And what happens when the content is super sensitive in nature? How can we involve them in the process?
These are the questions I dive into this week in the first of a somewhat intense three-part series for the Friday Reflections.
