This week there was a big blackout on Facebook/Instagram and it seems that the world fell apart... but there is an important lesson that we need to take away from this event, and a couple action steps that we all NEED to take. Because, let's be real - there will be another Facebook blackout... and there will be days/times when the internet is glitchy or out completely... and you need to position your business to succeed despite internet and social media outages.
