Connor and Tom have one question.  What are your ingredients to build a championship 76ers team?  If you are baking a cake you need to put the best ingredients in it and mix it a certain way for it to be a good cake.  The Sixers are, in a way, the same.  What they had this year didn't work.  What needs to change?
