Hi to everyone, Fanbase the Podcast is back and we are here to STAY. We have a new schedule and it's going to work. We will be posting 2 shows a month on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month. SO YEA ITS TIME TO GET THE RANDOM BACK IN FANDOM. This show is about MANGA. So sit back and enjoy and its good be back.

Hello to all our loyal and new listeners, yes FanBase is back and bigger and better. First we want to let you all know if you didn't already that FanBase is now on Itunes Also we will be posting new episodes every Thursday. So this is our Christmas episode (yes we know it's January). We start things off in the FanBase tradition of Dennis Leary's Merry F...ing Christmas. We talk about how the holidays may be different for geeks and about the moment that drew you too become a geek.We talk about the movie TRON: Legacy.We also have WTF news and the arcade block holiday edition. Hope you enjoy our holiday special and even though its late we wish all our listers a merry Christmas and a happy new year.

Tyranny reigns on this episode of FanBase, while Krysta is in charge! (Mwahahaha.) While Danny is away in St. Augustine, the rest of the FanBase crew shakes up the format a little bit in our very first privately recorded podcast! But fear not, our Fearless Leader comes back to us in the form of his brand new segment, “Bitchin’ with Danny!”, and makes an appearance with WTF news. This week’s topic is “Obligitory Deaths of Main Characters in Video Games”, with a roundtable on the fitness benefits of motion games. Cheer us on as we struggle to conquer the new podcast format, cry with us while we carry on without our leader, and laugh at Evil Jeff as he tries and fails again and again to throw Krysta under the bus!

There is no way to describe this show it is our completely random show, we did not plan any of it so enjoy.

It’s time once again to travel back in times. This time we go back to the original FanBase. Due to an earned she had to run in Miami Noe couldn't make it to the show so it was back to the original line up Danny Ryde, Krysta, Evil Jeff and Big B. Our boss Dean Piper Interviewed horror punk band The Murder Dolls so things start off a little unusual (for our show) but after the interview were back to our natural random selves. Since it is the first show of the month, Dean gives Danny a whack with the Baka nai. We talk about whether people prefer big cons or little cons. We give our review of Saki (the Yuri mahjhong anime). This is a classic show full of fun and of course randomness

On this issue of FanBase we talk about comics and kaiju Monsters. We try a new way of delivering all our announcements. Also we talk with the Owner of the Max Toy Company Mark Nagata about kaiju monsters. We discus what exactly a kaiju monster is, Marks work as a free lance artist/illustrator, his magazine Super 7, Danny talks a little bit about Ultra Man, how mark got started in toy collecting. We also talk about his lecture on kaiju monsters at the Morikami Museum(www.morikami.org). Our comic topic is What comic books would you like to see turned into an anime. That's what happens in this exciting issue of FanBase.
