For this episode, we go to Tinseltown (in spirit)! The contestants recreate Rambo's survival knife, and then the finalists had to make their version of a 1000 layer Damascus katana, as shown in Kill Bill. For this episode, Apprentice/Master Pairs had to forge Trench knives, while taking turns in 30 minute intervals. Then, finalists had to recreate the Chinese Dao)! This was a lot of fun and a good change to the format. It made for a very interesting episode to see how the Masters coached the Apprentices.

For this episode, contestants had to forge signature blades using the metal and wood of a whiskey barrel. Also, we go off on some crazy Spicy Mike tangents. Finalists had to recreate the Qinglong Ji! Another great episode in the books!
