We look into our (F)eel Good guys in this episode with the current top 3 guys in fantasy basketball - Steph Curry, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Kevin Durant. I was not a big fan of Steph heading into this season just because he was not as good last season and with the championship run last year my thinking was he'll be rested more. But so far, Curry has been really good...good enough to be fantasy basketball's number one player.
SGA is another guy on fire of late and if you're worried about any "tanking" moves by the OKC Thunder, here's a something to remember: last season SGA played 70 games. By the current NBA standards that seems like a lot of games played. So there is a chance that he can replicate that and sustain this nice run.
Other players we discussed: Kevin Durant, Zach Lavine, Anthony Davis, Rudy Gobert, Klay Thompson, and Jordan Poole.

My, my, my, LUKA!
We know it's very early into the season, but Luka Doncic owners for sure could not contain their joy as their guy is on a tear! Is this the breakout we are waiting for from Luka? Which then brings back to my question, who can unseat Nikola Jokic as the top fantasy basketball player? If Luka can keep that 80% FT shooting through out the season, keep himself healthy enough, and pour out crazy counting stats that he is capable of, he could be the one, so let's see.
Kyrie Irving is another player who made his owners looking like geniuses by taking a chance on him during the draft. Like I said before, Kyrie has the best risk-reward ratio among the "risky" players during the drafts and the past few games is the glimpse of what the reward looks like. Now, when will we see the risk?

Here we go again, the annual Anthony Davis injury saga continues. It just never fails. AD seem to hurt his back during their game against Denver. The good news is he played through it, so let's hope this is just an injury that could be rested for a couple of days. Otherwise, managers who own him will once again feel the disappointment of owning a very fragile top fantasy pick.
We also discussed Russell Westbrook on whether it is safe to drop him now. With Myles Turner back as Indiana's starting center, is it still worth holding on to Isaiah Jackson?

Our biggest worry player for today was Cade Cunningham. He put up another so so game and all this time we felt that he was prime for a breakout. We might be wrong. Has he taken a backseat to rookie Jaden Ivey? Or can he get back to the late season form he showed last season?
Kawhi was load managed today and will also miss the LA Clippers' next game. We kind of expected something like this, but this early? Looks like this will be a problem throughout the season for those who took Kawhi really early.

Karl Anthony-Towns. We knew the arrival of Rudy Gobert will affect his fantasy value, but we never thought it was going to be this bad. The scoring had made a significant drop while the FG% is just atrocious for KAT standards. It doesn't help that KAT feels he is the "best big man shooter" in the league as he continues to clunk threes toward 30+% field goal. So what should we do now? Can he still get better and get closer to his ADP? Should we buy low on him? How low can we offer?
