It's far from September 2022's RU OK day, but I've decided to talk about mental health and stopping to ask if you and others are okay. Because you know what? Most of us are not okay!
For those not impacted heavily we seem to feel we don't have a right to be stressed, tired and annoyed - but you do. However we need to accept what's happened, believe we can push through and charge ahead with an action plan.
Today's episode is rather heavy and does refer in passing to ending life. This is an episode in thought leadership and is intended to challenge you to think.

Have you tried business coaching or life coaching? Have you been frustrated at times through the coaching process? This can be quite normal and often indicates you are uneasy at the issues being brought up. You may genuinely not be able to articulate an answer or you may find you're blocking issues from being addressed. We look into why you want to ideally power through that frustration, and we also talk about the Disney Strategy and how you could use it to self-coach yourself. This falls under our thought leadership pillar.

You’ve probably heard many gurus talk about the virtues of getting up early and starting the day with your hour of power. Well, good news if that doesn’t sit right with you – it may not be your most productive start to the day! In today’s episode, I challenge your thinking on whether you should be fighting natural instincts, whether you’re an introvert or extrovert and how this pans out in planning your most productive time of the day.
This falls under our thought leadership pillar. Listen to the episode, watch on YouTube https://youtu.be/AZf2NEvPS9M or if you prefer to read jump on our blog https://faqbusinesstraining.com.au/most-productive-time-of-day.

FAQ Business Podcast
All your frequently asked questions (FAQ) about business and entrepreneurship will be tackled in our podcast. And if you read it as something else ... we'll help change your attitude to your small business ;-)
We will share great tips and tricks from our FAQ Business Founder Jane Tweedy, and call upon some amazing guests who will inspire or inform, or even better both! Our guests must share our mission to help empower business owners to avoid getting ripped off or ripping themselves off because of what they didn't know they didn't know.
Mind the gap!
Due to our host Jane's ill health (thanks so much long Covid), S2 ended early and S3 started late and ended early! We'll start back fortnightly and hopefully move back to weekly in late 2026/early 2027.
Who will you hear from?
We already have some amazing people lined up - a couple of inspirational local business success stories, a million-dollar revenue maker who got there on her own to start (but now has a subcontracted team of helpers), a digital media marketing guru who is an amazing leader and human, US based (we're going international!) solutions providers (hopefully with some deals ;-) ) and some everyday local business owners you can relate to, sharing their struggles and successes in navigating this crazy world of entrepreneurship and being your own boss!
You can find out more about FAQ Business Training at faqbusinesstraining.com.au
If you have any queries, would like to submit questions for us to answer in future episodes or want to be considered as a podcast guest or a sponsor please contact us via email [email protected]
We are based in Penrith at the base of the Blue Mountains in Western Sydney, Australia. All our podcasts will be recorded online so our guests can come from all over :-)
