We all have been there. We lost ourselves at some point of our lives. Personally and collectively as well, we are suffering (these days) to getting ourselves and our personal power back. We all have been vulnerable... very vulnerable at recent times...âpre Covid Times that is... Well, it’s Spring 2022 and we are snapping out of this desperate, powerless feeling and powerless existence and we are getting our power back. We are assessing the situation and going inside for some ...insight and self discovery. We know we are created to be powerful and to be able to handle all/any of life’s challenges. We cannot afford to be weak and vulnerable. It is not an empowering position neither for ur or, the collective. We are all responsible to dust ourselves up and go out of our comfort zones ...and get ourselves back, our dreams back... our ideal lives back! Here is how I am doing it. xxxSusanna

It is the Law of Karma, a Universal law that we all should be aware of...It’s like...a tricky thing. To serve karma, one must repay good karma to others. To serve karma well, one must sometimes deliver bad karma where it is due... complicated... it’s like a rubber band. You can only stretch it so far before it comes back and smacks you in the face. You pay for your previous bad behavior. “You might have burned me with your lies, but karma is about to set you on fire.” Someone said once. In the long run, every man/woman will pay the penalty for his/her misdeeds. The man/woman who remembers this will be angry with no one, indignant with no one, revile no one, blame no one, offend no one, hate no one... It’s all about karma and unconditional love in this episode my darlings... xxxS

Inspired by an interview with Lucas Bravo (from the famous and happening Emily in Paris Netflix series / please listen to my previous episode), I had an epiphany. Today, January 6th, according to Christianity is the day of Epiphany, so how interesting is that!!! ... The spiritual side of me is celebrating this “ coincidence. ” As we all know, nothing is a coincidence... and my epiphany is using the power of water to heal. How you may ask? By infusing water with good intentions and becoming all that!!! I love it! Will be tasting it for a while and report to you on season 4 if this theory/practice is working or not. So, I finally watched recently the popular series on Netflix - Emily in Paris and I fell in love with Paris, fashion, fun, partying and style all over again. Âpre Covid, we all have a life to catch up, partying to do, friends to meet, Paris to go (among other places) and here is where Emily in Paris fits in: inspiration, an ideal fantastical, easy-life and something to look forward to... we are all yearning for a change... and at this point, this show is an escape from our harsh reality. New year new you...new me. So I cut the cord from my old, not so desirable parts of my self. I did it. And, it feels great. light and liberating.
