As we love our favorite people, pets, flowers, designers, places, influencers…etc, we must love and appreciate us, our beautiful inside and out selves. Most of the time, we put everyone else and everything else first and we neglect the most important person to us: Us! Ourselves! We have to spend our entire life with ourself and we must prioritise and pay attention to… US! Otherwise… we will have a horrible time… with us. Ourselves know… and feel the neglect and lack attention/neglect and love …and it suffers. We suffer and others around us suffer as well. We must feel ourselves with love in order to love others. I feel this is a very important life lesson and vital to our survival and overall well-being.
