This week, I had the joy of speaking with fashion journalist and activist Lottie Jackson, about her thoughts on what 'diversity' really means in the fashion business.
I think it’s important that you all learn more about Lottie’s work -- she’s more than just a fashion writer. Lottie is a diversity advocate, Oxford graduate, writer and correspondent for the amazing fashion roundtable organization, and a contributor to publications we all know and love like Sunday Times Style, ES Magazine and The Guardian.
On this week’s episode, I asked Lottie a bunch of questions which she answered via email -- they all pertain to living and working with a disability in the London fashion business, misconceptions people (and brands) have about what diversity and inclusion really mean, and how she built up her journalism cred to where it is today.
