In this episode, I discuss the addictive nature of fast food. If we are taking our kids to fast food, we are creating and fueling this addictive nostalgia and making it extremely difficult for them to accumulate health and have a palate that enjoys whole real food. We are setting them up for addiction. They have no way of understanding that what they are consuming is an inflammatory firestorm.
