In this episode I tell you the story of bouncing back to health on two occasions by eating healthy and I tell you the mental and behavioral changes I made that facilitated me bouncing back + I give a list of all the good foods.
If you're interested in learning a blueprint or road-map on how to launch an online marketing system, as well as how to challenge yourself to overcome fears and doubts of becoming an entrepreneur (I was surprised I had them), then have a look at this awesome course that I took. I'm so grateful on how this course has helped my grow in technical skills but also in pushing past my self-limiting beliefs which is truly priceless! Here's the course --> OFA Challenge
This episode covers foods to cut out from your diet that will drastically improve your chances of weight loss over the course of 3 months. Back in 2005 I moved back to Canada and I spent 3 months abstaining from the list of foods that I tell you about in this episode. Some of the foods you've heard before and some of them will be a surprise. I felt like I had a new lease on life after 3 months of discipline and I lost 30 pounds. You can do it too. I hope you get something positive from this episode.
Thanks!
P.S. Check out this amazing entrepreneurial training called One Funnel Away Challenge. I was lost in how to implement online marketing. I didn't know how to connect the dots with all the random things that I had read from books or seen online, but the OFA Challenge has given me so much understanding and a complete methodology to follow. Unexpectedly, I've had to face my self-doubts and fears of being an entrepreneur in almost every mission of this 30-day challenge, but the experience has been priceless as a platform to overcome false beliefs and drive my faith and conviction. I highly recommend checking it out here --> One Funnel Away Challenge
This episode covers something near and dear to my heart. In early spring of 2018, I was a waste in the area of holding a vision and striving towards achieving it. But then, I saw something that changed my life. It was so powerful yet so subtle, but I'm extremely grateful that I learned a lesson that drove me to success in losing 40 pounds in 12 weeks (84 days). In this podcast I tell you what I saw and how profound it was. I go into how I used it as a repeatable blueprint in achieving my goals. I hope you get a lot of value from it and can get similar results as me!
Thanks!

This episode was supposed to be about when I first got married. Instead it became a bonus talking about simplifying life and getting the right environment to be successful. I go into things like dopamine, removing notifications and clutter. I'm excited to simplify. Hope you are too.
In this episode I talked about how I was super fit and active leading up to getting married and how I totally let myself go after getting married. My health declined so much that I couldn't even pick up my kids or play with them on the floor. I was desperate and looking for ways to get out of the mess I found myself in. I also talked about the challenges of becoming a self-published author. It's been an awesome growth experience. I go into some reflections towards the end of the podcast.
This episode describes the first time I lost weight after becoming a fat geek. Abusing myself in school and at work had left me in a terrible state of health, emotions, mental and spiritual. I was going the wrong way. It was a band of health freaks who God sent to get me off the path I was on and actually open my eyes to diet and exercise. I totally scoffed at people into health and wellness in my previous years but I came to a realization via a very unusual set of circumstances in this story of regaining dignity health and hope for the future...
Dear IT Workers, Computer Geeks, Nerds and Office Workers of the World! :)
In today's podcast I talk about details how I went from being a very skinny kid to turning into a fat computer geek. Like many young men who go into IT or into office jobs where we sit at our desks for many hours, I accidentally became a small blimp. My health was not my primary concern, work was and achieving. This episode goes into the details of that journey and the unexpected outcome. Note that for the first 10-11 minutes, I talk about what has been keeping me busy for the last 4-5 weeks since posting my first podcast. I had a run in with a terrible freelancer who I tried to hire to design the layout for my book "How to Lose 40 Pounds in 84 Days". That incident was very eye-opening and a great learning experience as I'm venturing into the world of writing a book and getting it out there. I go into my story of how I went from skinny kid to fat geek about 12 minutes into the podcast. Please let me know what was your experience in your first IT job out of school. Did you gain weight? Did you feel the compulsion to push yourself so hard to make a good impression? Did you feel impostor syndrome (Impostor syndrome - Wikipedia)? Did you feel you had to de-socialize yourself to cut out all distractions? I would love to hear what people did to be successful in their first jobs out of school and learn what were the positive and negative side effects both emotionally and physically. By the way I accidentally called the podcast "Fit to Fat podcast" which is actually the opposite. Sorry for that as this is only my 2nd podcast and I'm aiming for my 40th episode I'll start sounding like a pro! Wishing you a productive day. Thank you for dropping by!
