Friday of the First Week of Advent. As the axiom goes, seeing is believing. But in the time of Advent, believing in Jesus is seeing Him - literally as in the case of the blind men, or in the form of hope, where what we believe manifests as reality with the help of the Lord. Thursday of the Thirty-third Week in Ordinary Time.
