A Father lost custody of his son in a heated custody battle out of Texas where each parent is arguing the 7 year old boy is a particular gender. The mother says 7 year old James Younger identifies as a girl and the father says he never once tried dressing up or acting as a girl with him and that he is a boy. The father filed for full custody of his two twin boys (one of which the mother says goes by Luna) to block his son from becoming transgender and lost custody all together. The Texas Governor's office is now evaluating this case as well. We discuss this very challenging topic.
