Fatherhood is an incredible journey, but it can drain you. If you’re feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or questioning if you're enough, you're not alone. My boys and partner are my world, but it hasn’t always been easy.

In 2020, after my youngest was born, I felt lost and out of control. I was overwhelmed by worthlessness and the weight of my own expectations.

One day, I hit rock bottom and admitted, “I can’t cope, I don’t want to be alive anymore!” That moment changed everything. It lifted the weight and gave me the strength to fight back.

Fatherhood gave me a major reality check. My message to you: open your heart, share your struggles, and don’t let it consume you.
