In this episode, we are so lucky to hear from the sought after speaker, author & coach, Devon Bandison.  He is an international best selling author of the book titled, "Fatherhood is Leadership."    I read this book and it was SO good! A very quick read, with authentic stories that every dad can easily relate to.   Devon shares many personal stories in this episode and also talks about his 3 H's - Handle, Hear or Help!
