  • Strangers or Sons
Eric Montgomery shared with us this past Sunday about the 3 coins of Christ-like identity. Do you see yourself as a stranger or a son? In Sunday's message Eric shared that identity frees us for sonship, sets our priorities and is paid for by ransom. As a son or a daughter we have free access into the Father’s throne room. Your identity is secured, it’s paid once and for all.

  • God or not God... That is the question?
Pastor Greg Timms shared with us this past Sunday that in life we can often “Hit the Wall” or “Fall into a Ditch.” Discernment and hearing from God helps us engage with God and live according to His ways. God has given us guard rails or “God Rails.” God’s word is a lamp unto your feet and a light unto your path. We need to choose to live according to God’s ways, to live humble, to be teachable, to grow in discernment and to abide in Christ!

  • You Are the salt of the Earth
Pastor Greg shared this past Sunday from Matt 15:13-16, that we are salt and light. We so often downplay who we are or meant to be because we look at ourselves from our perspective. We need to see ourselves the way that Jesus sees us, from His glorious perspective. There is a great commissioning from God through relationship to live this life in His power and bring His flavor to the earth and allow Christ to live and shine through us.

  • But I tell you.... Live Differently - Part 2
In Part 2 of our “But I Tell You… Live Differently” series this past Sunday pastor Greg Timms shared that we are called to have intimacy with the Father. • But I tell you.... Live Differently
Pastor Greg Timms shared this past Sunday in Part 1 of our “But I Tell You… Live Differently” series around three tensions we need to have in our lives as followers of Christ. Intimacy, Identity & Destiny. Romans 8 tells us that all of creation is waiting for the sons and daughters to be revealed. We need to be who God has designed us to be. Jesus came to this earth to show us the ways of the Kingdom and He is inviting us closer and we will be transformed more and more into His image.

  • Jason Clark - Guest Speaker
Jason Clark on Sunday shared that Jesus came to show us how to live confidently in His affection for us. God is love and His love is always good. Jesus did everything out of intimacy with the Father. Jesus was the greatest servant of all but He never left his sonship to do what he was called to do. Obedience is the gift Jesus gives us through which we get to discover his heart.

  • Overflow
Pastor Greg shared this past Sunday that God has designed a way for us to live with overflow. The God who is more than enough is inviting us into a relationship with him and for us to know His generosity and for us to live generously. God is always giving, always pouring out his love for us. He wants our joy to be complete and we are filled as we abide in Him.

  • Rooted
This past Sunday, Denise Steyn shared on bearing good spiritual fruit by being grafted into the vine which is Jesus Christ. She spoke on two aspects: The first being our responsibility as children of God to look beneath the surface and to partner with the great Counselor, the Holy Spirit, to bring healing and wholeness. The second aspect is the beauty of being grafted into the vine by the Master Gardner. Apart from Him we perish! If we allow Him to be our source, we will naturally bear fruit if we do not give up! It is not by might, nor by power, but by the Holy Spirit.

  • Push out from the shallows
God is calling us to push out from the shallows and to move out deeper as a church. All the conditions change when you push out deeper. When we step out in obedience it can often be a scary place, but it’s the place we experience incredible provision from God. The context of blessing is obedience. God is calling us to put a fresh commitment down. There is nothing more important than loving Jesus in our lives. Jesus is saying “Follow Me!”
