•The umbrella term for what all types of clay are decomposed from is a Mother Quartz although feldspars are under this umbrella.

•The rock that it is weathered from is not necessarily from a mountain top and as the clay travels from its original source it can pick up iron and many other types of natural materials.

•It is called crystobolite inversion not conversion and depending on the temperature reached it can also be a quartz inversion.

Welcome to this deep dive into Prima Vita. This book is a real head-scratcher, in the best way possible. It presents itself as a guide to an “exemplary, wholesome existence”—a phrase that sounds promising, if a little abstract. But as we dig deeper, the book starts throwing around some complex concepts: reverse entropy, systematic sustenance of universal energy, and more. Intriguing? Absolutely. Intimidating? Maybe a little.

What makes Prima Vita fascinating is its structured approach to mapping out a path to this ideal existence. The journey unfolds in three distinct phases:

* Internal Psychological – Understanding the foundation of our being.

* Material Physical – Transforming ideas into tangible reality.

* External Psychic – Integrating our creations into the larger universe.

But before we even begin this journey, there’s a fundamental concept we need to grasp: Eternal Zero.

Eternal Zero: The Beginning and the End

Imagine a blank canvas before a masterpiece. That’s Eternal Zero—the origin and the conclusion, the potential energy from which everything emerges and where everything ultimately returns. The book uses the ancient Ouroboros symbol—a snake eating its own tail—to illustrate this idea of perpetual renewal.

It’s a cycle that mirrors nature itself: things die, decompose, and become the building blocks for new life. But how does this apply to us as individuals?

The book draws a parallel between Eternal Zero and the human mind. Every day, we generate countless thoughts, yet only a few take root and manifest into reality. It’s the difference between a black hole that consumes everything and a star that radiates light and energy. Our challenge is to cultivate the thoughts—the “star ideas”—that truly matter.

And that brings us to Part 1: Internal Psychological.

Part 1: The Internal Psychological Journey

Before we can shape the external world, we must first understand ourselves. This section of Prima Vita is about uncovering our original idea—the unique spark of purpose that drives us.

Chapter 1: Existence – Finding Stillness

The first step? Solitude. The book encourages us to disconnect from distractions, strip away external influences, and sit with ourselves. Only in that stillness can we begin to understand who we are at our core, before the world imposes its expectations upon us.

Have you ever stepped away from the chaos of daily life and suddenly gained clarity? That’s the essence of this chapter: stepping back to reconnect with what truly matters.

Chapter 2: Learning – Filtering the Noise

Once we’ve established our foundation, we’re faced with the next challenge—knowledge. As we engage with the world, we’re bombarded with dualities: good and bad, right and wrong. Our original idea is suddenly caught in an overwhelming flood of information.

This chapter stresses the importance of filtering. It’s not about shutting ourselves off from new perspectives but about asking: Does this knowledge bring me closer to my purpose, or is it just a distraction? Our ability to navigate this stage determines whether we stay true to our path or lose ourselves in the noise.

Chapter 3: Teaching – Structuring Knowledge

Here, knowledge transitions from raw material into something structured and purposeful. It’s like an architect designing a blueprint—taking abstract ideas and shaping them into a tangible plan.

At this stage, time becomes a factor. Dreams start evolving into reality, complete with deadlines and concrete steps. The journey is no longer just conceptual; it’s beginning to take form. And that leads us into Part 2: Material Physical.

Part 2: The Material Physical Journey

If Part 1 was about understanding, Part 2 is about building. This is where our original idea transforms into something real.

Chapter 4: Elements – Gathering the Tools

Just like a house needs bricks and mortar, our vision requires resources—both physical and mental. This chapter emphasizes discipline, resilience, and even a sense of humor, because bringing an idea to life is no easy task.

Chapter 5: Independence – Bringing the Vision to Life

At this stage, our creation takes shape. The structure is built, the vision is realized, and we stand back in awe. But there’s a trap here: getting so caught up in how we’re building that we forget why we started in the first place.

The book warns against sentient automation—a state where we become so fixated on execution that we lose touch with our original purpose. The key to avoiding this? A constant mind over matter approach, ensuring that even as we navigate the physical world, our inner vision remains the guiding force.

Chapter 6: Institution – Integrating Into the World

Here, our creation moves beyond us. Just like a house needs to connect to the city's infrastructure, our work must integrate into the existing systems of society.

But Prima Vita challenges us to go further—it asks us to consider ethics. True success isn’t just about creating something; it’s about ensuring that what we create contributes positively to the world. This perspective leads us into the final section of the journey: External Psychic.

Part 3: The External Psychic Journey

Now, we step beyond the tangible and into the realm of the unseen—the forces that shape our destiny.

Chapter 7: Grace – Letting Go

At this point, we’ve done all we can. We’ve nurtured our idea, built it, and integrated it into the world. Now, it’s time to surrender—to trust that the energy we’ve set in motion will continue to unfold as it’s meant to.

It’s like setting sail on a journey. We’ve prepared the ship, adjusted the sails, and now we must trust the wind to carry us forward.

Chapter 8: Abundance – The Ripple Effect

True abundance isn’t just about material wealth; it’s about an overflow of energy, creativity, and fulfillment. When we align with the greater flow of the universe, our efforts create ripples that expand beyond what we can see.

Our original idea takes on a life of its own, impacting the world in ways we never imagined.

Chapter 9: Essence – Returning to the Source

This is the final stage—the return to Eternal Zero. But this isn’t about disappearance; it’s about integration. Just like a drop of water merging back into the ocean, our contributions become part of something far greater than ourselves.

Even if the physical manifestation fades, the essence remains. Every action, every idea, every ripple we create continues to shape the fabric of existence.

The Message of Prima Vita

At its core, Prima Vita isn’t just a self-help book—it’s a philosophical exploration of existence itself. It challenges us to see beyond our limited perspectives, to embrace our role in the grand cosmic dance, and to create with intention, knowing that our contributions—no matter how small—add to the infinite tapestry of the universe.

So if you’re curious, I encourage you to dive into Prima Vita. Explore its concepts. Contemplate its questions. And most importantly, let it inspire you to create your own exemplary, wholesome existence.

Thanks so much for being here.

After deep introspection, I have shifted my direction slightly (once again).

In high school, I was the kid wearing all black in the back of the classroom praying he won’t be called on. For a long time I was quietly apathetic, until I started writing songs.

Around the time my dad stopped living with us, he also gifted me my first guitar and a deep existential love for music. It’s was the gift of expression — and now I wish to pass it on to you.

I am returning to my deepest calling, which is to express and help express and really do more art. That’s the whole message of what I am here to say: DO MORE ART!!!

You can always do more, and whatever is preventing you is more than likely exactly what needs to be looked at. “What we resist, persists,” (Carl Jung) and so whatever is stopping you from expressing yourself is EXACTLY what needs to be expressed.

I am opening a service and a space to help you find exactly what that block is and release it through empathy.

The goal is to open a direct stream of expression from your innermost self, as I have painstakingly learned to do for myself.

And although each is on his or her own journey, we truly open ourselves up in a place of mutual support, respect, and a shared vision.

I wish I had that when I was younger. So now I can be that for you! Reach out.

Aside from all the technicalities of the hyper-technological world we now live in, it is easier to create now more than ever, to see and be seen, to be you.
