• Pfizer (PFE) -
• Shares were down more than 1% following a weekend report from the Wall Street Journal Pfizer could purchase Seagen (SGEN). Seagen shares were up 13% on the rumor.
• Tesla (TSLA) -
• The company will host its 2023 Investor Day event on Wednesday, March 1. Tesla said "Our investors will be able to see our most advanced production line as well as discuss long term expansion plans, generation 3 platform [and] capital allocation" but a time for the event was not listed. One analyst predicted a rumored Model 2 sedan could be discussed.
• Netflix (NFLX) -
• A member of the community in Benzinga Pro's lounge chat said Netflix was their favorite chart of the day. Shares recently rebounded off the $320 level.
• Automatic Data Processing (ADP) -
• The company will provide payroll data next week on Wednesday. Traders and economists sometimes use the ADP jobs data to try to get ahead of the government-issued jobs data later in the week, on Friday of next week.
• Shutterstock (SSTK) -
• This digital content provider focused on images and illustrations will host its Investor Day event on Wednesday. The company said it will discuss "vision, strategy,
• and financial outlook..."
