Thank you for your patience between episodes.  The Great Texas Freeze of 2021 put us behind, but we are happy to be back podcasting.  This episode features the show "Comedy of Danger" which was the first script to be written exclusively for the radio.  

Can you solve the mystery before the end of the episode?  There is only one way to find out!  

Abbott and Costello performed this famous comedy sketch in 1938.  We bring it to you now by two young men who are pretty funny and did this podcast in only one take.  #bragging 

No Christmas is complete without A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens.  Two different classes.  One script.  Two different interpretations.  This is 6th period's performance of this holiday tale.  

My 4th period class wanted to perform a series of smaller pieces rather than one long script.  All the sound effects in this episode were performed live in class.  My apologies to the surrounding classes for having to listen to crashes, screams, hordes of seagulls, and a cattle stampede.  perhaps they could take the advice of our sponsor and put some Stuff on it to make everything better.  

I gave my students a choice of several scripts to perform and  two of my classes chose this one.  It is fascinating to see what different people interpret the same script and characters.  Please listen to the two different ways my kids brought this holiday classic to life.  

Lucille Fletcher's story of suspense "Sorry Wrong Number" is performed by my 2nd period class.  Originally performed in 1943 when rotary phones and telephone operators were the norm.  Yes, I did have to teach my students how a rotary phone worked and that they could not text on this kind of device.
