In a win for SpaceX, the FCC has approved sending up another massive fleet of Starlink satellites into space, bringing Elon Musk's company one step closer to blanketing the Earth with low-orbiting satellites, which aims to bring fast broadband Internet access to remote and rural areas.
This comes as a blow to rival satellite company Viasat, which asked the FCC to deny Space-X's request, saying there were serious risks.
