Fresh Episode Drop!
This episode I have someone I've wanted to chat up for some time on my podcast, a wicked smart GenX badass, my cousin Cathy! (Yeah, I may be biased.)
We are talking about women in IT, in IT security, hacking, mental health as a woman in a male-dominate field for many years, being diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, and managing anxiety and depression, and therapy.
We had SO much to chat about, that a part two will be dropping in two weeks!
PLEASE NOTE: there is discussion of suicidal ideation, anxiety, depression and post-partum issues during this episode.
More info about my guest: Cathy Del Carlo is a Senior Information Security Engineer for her day gig, and "a creator of chaos, mother of dragons, slayer of vulnerabilities, and destroyer of systems" in her downtime.
And as promised, The IT Crowd (on YouTube)
