[Fear Less] Ask yourself these three questions to help you take the FIRST STEPS to move past fear

In this episode, we explore three approaches to working with fear: rational, relational, and aspirational. 

Fear can create psychological barriers and limit personal growth, and addressing it can lead to true freedom from an eating disorder.

  • Recognizing that fear does not define one's future and that strength can be built by facing fears head-on.
