On todays episode, I was very lucky to have Mr Kevin Hines join me for a conversation around surviving jumping from The Golden Gate Bridge at the age of 19 and the events leading up to it and to the life it has lead him to.
It was interesting to hear about his mind breaking in such a way that he was compelled to do the things that he did, the images that his mind showed him.
Kevin has gone on to be a huge advocate for mental health awareness and suicide prevention, Kevin has many ongoing projects and details of which can be found here www.kevinhinesstory.com and his videos on youtube via www.youtube.com/kevinhines
For anybody struggling with suicidal thoughts Kevin recommends his Art Of Wellness resource and here in the UK we have many charities and organisations that can help you or advise you if you are concrened about someone you know.
