I am a firm believer in building your team as soon as you launch your business. It’s something I wish I’d done for myself when I first started mine. Hiring a team, especially a virtual assistant, will bolster your business tenfold. With the support of a trusted person or several people, you’ll be able to prevent burnout (yes please!), scale more quickly (more of that!), and have the type of accountability you need to stay the course (I can breathe!).
In this episode of the Fearless Fempire podcast, I’m chatting with my trustee, incredible, life-saving, VA, Brianna Robinson.
Not only has Brianna helped my business grow immensely, but she’s given me the freedom to focus on the things I love to do and create more work-life balance.
Brianna was raised by her entrepreneurial parents whose footsteps she’d never thought she’d follow. But alas, her academic career pursuits of visual communication journalism, business administration, and serving others through public administration, landed her where she is today, helping hold creative entrepreneurs like myself together.
