Kevin and Pete were SO sick of long winded franchises the never seem to end after finishing the Nightmare on Elm st franchise that they... *checks notes* Yep. They started doing ANOTHER franchise. 

Join Kevin and Pete as they traverse their way through the meta-filled universe of Scream 2 where things are apparently bigger, more scary and more... dreamy? 

Am I reading this right? Why is Kevin saying this movie is more dreamy? Pete has nothing in his notes about dreams. I would ask Kevin but last time I questioned his notes he sang showtunes at me until I ran away. 

So yeah. more dreamy. Go for it guys.

Ok This week's notes are a mess. 

Kevin's actually got the more coherent one- Today's episode is apparently about how robot boxing matches are WAY cooler than anything else but is also about how Jason and Freddy go toe-to-long arms in a fun but apparently terrible franchise blending blast. 

Listen to Kevin complain about how Freddy's arms are always getting in the way, and Pete get angry about Jason and water as they talk about the 2003 movie Freddy V Jason. 

By the way- Pete's notes are just: ROCKY ROCKY ROCKY!

I just read the title and so I went back and copied the write up from Episode 49, it's 3AM and I'm tired. I have to work tomorrow because Kevin and Pete don't pay me enough:

On this week's episode of Fearless Films, the guys dream up a scare with the essential 80's slasher, A Nightmare on Elm Street. This game-changer from Wes Craven is about a group of teens being stalked in their dreams by a burnt, blade wielding serial killer who can kill you in real life if you die in the dream.

Pete explains how vigilante justice can backfire if the criminal you kill has the power to come back in your children's dreams. He also reminds us of the importance of listening to your kids when they say the boogeyman is out to get them, especially if you created said boogeyman.

Kevin is excited to explore the horror dreamscape and all the possibilities it holds. He changes his mind though, when he runs across "Freddy Long-Arms" and falls out of his chair laughing.

So get a good nights sleep before joining us for this bloody good time, and remember: Don't get too scared...

OH SHIT I FORGOT TO WRITE THE THING.

Pete and Kevin wind their way through movies 3,4 and 5 of the Nightmare on Elm St Franchise in what Pete is calling "the Dream Warrior Trilogy." I don't know why because I haven't listened to the episode.

You know the saying 'The Candyman can?' Well apparently the Candyman CAN'T stop Pete and Kevin making fun of the naming of this film, the stupidity of the characters in it, and everything else about this critically successful 2021 horror movie. 

It's definitely a sequel apparently.
