As we become aware of who we really are and what we really want, then what? Whose job is it then to make those changes? It's our responsibility to change, to make new choices. Awareness will bring with it clarity of mind and desire, but it is our responsibility to make the changes necessary to be who we want to be.

As you choose to be aware of yourself, your feeling and thoughts, you will find that not everything you once thought is real. Things have been clouded by your fear and the filters it has caused you to see things through. As you become aware of these things a battle will start between perception and truth. You will be able to choose what is true, define what it true, and move forward with only that.

Where is your awareness of what motivates you or keeps you stuck? This month we will talk about how awareness opens up your eyes to where you can be making changes. Awareness is the first step in Rhonda Britten's 12 Steps to Freedom. As you become more aware of how fear is tricking you to stay small or stuck or in expectation, you can stop. Love and boundaries go hand in hand. As you begin to act more loving to yourself, the need to be a "Yes" man decreases. Your time and energy become more valuable to you, and you start to give yourself time for yourself. You put up a distance between you and those situations that are not healthy for you, and you are willing to leave if you need to. Loving yourself brings on the power to speak up for yourself and live the life you want to live.

Love is a release of judgment for yourself and others. As you love yourself more, you let go of the blame you have put on yourself for past choices. You are able to forgive yourself and things that happened in the past. As you let go of this energy towards yourself, you will let go of it towards others.

Love is the force, source, and motivation for this all. With love for ourselves, we begin this journey, and with a greater love, we continue it. Daily we choose freedom. We choose our dreams and our soul-driven life. We choose to step out and risk; we choose to listen to our intuition; we choose to trust ourselves. We live a life of love, for we are love.

We have been talking all month about passion. Do you feel like you know what yours is? Do you know how to more fully embrace it? In life, we can set intentions and goals to live more in our passion, and that is what we have shared with you this month. As we step out and take risks, we court not only risk but the person we are becoming.

Passion leads to action. Being passionate is fabulous, but it has to have a purpose or it will fade. As we seek out what we are passionate about, we will find that there is something there leading us. Maybe under the radar, maybe not, telling us go and do. With our new courage and fearless attitude, we step out and start to risk. We start to live in the direction of passion and dreams. Living more closely to the life we have always wanted.
