In this episode we talk with two women entrepreneurs in Asheville, NC  on their journey since the devastation of Hurricane Helene last September. Meg Ragland- President and Founder of Plum Print and Jessie Dean, Founder and CEO of Asheville Tea Company. In the midst of chaos, mere days after the natural disaster, a group of women formed to create the Women Entrepreneurs Asheville Recovery Endeavor. Its mission: to support women- owned businesses severely impacted by the storm and help them rebuild. Meg, a co- founder of the endeavor and Jessie, a recipient of the support, tell details on why this critical fund was a lifeline to begin forging ahead on the long road to recovery.

Every year for the past decade plus, there is a gathering at The Luck Ranch, home to Willie Nelson and family, that is a multi-day homage to the farmers that grow our food, with chefs and musicians creating the vibe that is as relaxed as a big family gathering.
