This week we talk about Outlaw Star which was a classic anime that Jack Originally saw years ago and it was the first time for Rick. They draw on the comparisons between the anime and some other that came after and before it but lightly. The anime overall was enjoyable though they were a little split on how they felt.

Next week's choice is the My Love Story. Have you seen next week's choice or one of the previous ones? Let us know what you thought of them or give us a recommendation on what we should watch next!

This week was a touching choice with a sweet but sad story. One of the major things that this story does is that it tells you the end result in the beginning. This is all about the journey to that point and the lessons that can be learned from it. With the emotional growth of the characters, this is a story that anyone can really enjoy and it is well worth the watch.

We talk a lot about Myuu in this week's choice but that doesn't even scratch the surface of what this anime has in store but it is the main topic of discussion for us today.

Overall, the show is solid and it fills in a lot of background and helps advance the story in a solid manner. But not only that Rick is able to get Jack to change his score from their discussion.

Well, this was an interesting choice for us. And it was one that we did not really enjoy largely due to the main character being how they were. The artwork was good but that honestly was about it for us. The story was lacking, the character development was not there and everything about it had us questioning the actions and reasoning behind the characters and the story for them did not make us like any of the characters in honesty. But that is just us to reach out and let us know what you thought of the movie.

We get emotionally damaged in this week's choice with a great story that hit on so many aspects. We lightly touch on some of our own experiences, but we can help but get a little deep with the story. It largely picks up where it left off and the story gives it a nice solid conclusion. It is a movie that is truly worth the watch and if you have not seen the series you need to watch that first especially since it plays off of a couple of episodes for it.

This week's choice was an interesting one. The story was largely really good. It left them with some questions but overall it was not bad and decent. The music was great and was not out of place when it was playing and the artwork was pretty solid in general for it. It does a good job of only really giving you the information that you need and leading the story in a decent direction. It is worth the watch.

This week was certainly an interesting one. And it was not one that we really enjoyed. The story was lacking substance. The animation style also gave it an older feel than what it actually has which for us at the time of recording was only 10 years old. Which does not boast well for the show's long run. The plot, or lack thereof, really does it no justice as well and we honestly just are left with more questions and bewilderment than anything else. Our only hope is that there is a season 2 but that is not likely.

We do a lot of exploring and trying to understand what is going on in this show. It is technically 1 season with an OVA but it all came out as a normal 1 season. We also try to understand what is happening in this show and how to decode what is happening in genal. But all in all, it was a decent show even though Jack and Rick were split on their scores. With it following 3 main characters for the first half of the series and then killing 1 off halfway through it kinda leaves you with an empty feeling. Regardless though it is one that you might enjoy and should watch when you have nothing else to watch.

This week we talk about a short film called The Garden of Words, even though there were not very many words spoken in that garden the movie was still a pleasure to look at even if the story was lacking. But in terms of scoring Jack and Rick are split on this a little more than usual. Jack was not impressed with the story and did not have a need to drive to want to watch it again. Rick on the other hand enjoyed it more and would not mind seeing it again. What they do agree on is that you will enjoy the art for it.

This week we were cringing pretty hard at this one. The main character was one that we both could not like and did not create an enjoyable watching experience for us. With all his faults though there were a couple of redeeming qualities, but those were far and few in-between. One thing we could not figure out is why everyone started to fall for him when he was one of the most annoying characters that we have had to deal with.
