Covering Season 2 of The Asterisk War. They finally make their way through the Tournament and then throw even more at you to cover their bases for confusing you and round it up with an open ending with the feeling of them pushing hard for a 3rd season. Rick is still hopeful for a season 3. Jack not so much.

Next week's choice is a series called Deadman Wonderland. Have you seen next week's choice or one of the previous ones? Let us know what you thought of them or give us a recommendation on what we should watch next!

Part 1 of the Asterisk War most certainly pushed hard on that they would have a season 2. Luckily they did! This is great since there were a lot of details there that made it feel like they would explain them to you in season 2.

Girls and Panzer was one heck of an anime with some crazy thick plot armor. Although one of the main points was the accuracy of the tanks. The animation was decent but could have been better. But at the very least it gave an ending and they were able to build the story in a decent way.

An anime with a really long name that asks questions? Check! That doesn't have answers? Check! Open Ending? Check! A protagonist that finds love and is the last living human in the world? Also, Check! This is a show that asks more questions than it answers but it is entertaining to watch that much is for sure.

What a great series this week's choice was. It was a story about grieving and the healing journey for not only Subaru but for Haru (the cat) as well. This one is well worth the watch if you have not seen it.

This week's choice was a legendary one chosen by Rick! It follows 3 characters Sion, Ryner, and Ferris as they try to make the work a better place whether that be as a King, Sion, or through finding a lost magical artifact which is what Ryner and Ferris are tasked with.

The Magnificent Kotobuki was without a doubt another horrid choice by Jack. One that should not have seen the light of day. It was overall full of plot holes and gave no real story to speak of and it was as if they could not decide on what animation style they wanted to use. We were hard-pressed to try and find something positive about the show and it left us feeling empty.

"Another" was a dark tail that gives it a solid conclusion even if it felt like it was rushed overall and the plot holes were not short in supply either. It was one that most certainly left me feeling like the writer was rushed. But it was entertaining overall and if you like something that has a little gore in it then this anime is for you. If you are a tad squeamish then I would suggest that you watch it censored.

This was one anime that both Jack and Rick did not like. The plot did not make sense, there was no character development and it had no end nor a beginning. It was a very disappointing anime that we hope to forget soon.

An action-packed anime that is well worth the watch. It takes place over in an alternate universe during World War II. The one thing that we have an issue with is the longevity of the weapons that Izetta used in that they were useless once they were dented. They ended it with enough closure to make us happy yet open enough for some wiggle room. This one is one that is most certainly worth your time.
