Mardi Gras is upon us and host Ryan Wrecker shares the do’s and don’ts of this year’s festivities.  Ryan then asks Producer Ben if Packi’s are a thing here.  This garners calls from lots of people sharing where you can find them for sale.  After that, Ryan talks with Dr. Ilene Rosen, the President of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, about the importance of getting restful sleep.  Finally, ending the hour Ryan visits the House of Representatives LIVE as they debate the latest amendments to the budget bill that the Senate passed.
