We feel so much pressure and try so hard to keep everything bottled up inside. And try to stay away from the beautiful truth that we are emotional beings. And then comes a day when we find unhealthy, unwholesome or most perverse ways to feel and express these emotions. This suppression become trauma which causes anxiety, stress, depression, and feelings of worthlessness. Eventually, there are series of embarrassing outbreaks.
Feel mindfully, every thought has an emotion connected to it. None are better or worse than the other. They only require more space and more time to fully feel and process, they all matters.
The show is sincerely felt and then expressed.
To live, to truly live, means you will experience it all..
the dark and the light,
The day and the night,
The farthest and the insight,
The smiles and the pain,
The sunshine and the rain,
The trauma and the gain.
So let it all happen to you.
don’t be afraid or do be afraid,
But, know that even afraid, you can do this. Whatever your “THIS” is.
