In this raw and unfiltered episode, I reflect on my journey through 2025 and the lessons God revealed along the way. My hope is that this episode encourages you to look deeper into your own walk, your reactions, and your approach to the new year. Trust that God will make a way—even when it doesn’t look clear. Sometimes obedience, faith, and saying “yes” to the unknown can shift your life in powerful ways.
It’s been a few months since I’ve released a new episode. This one was actually recorded back in March, but I struggled to put it out. Technical issues discouraged me from editing, and honestly, God had my attention elsewhere. I had to be obedient to His redirection.
This year has been a season of letting go—and in that surrender, I’ve been learning so much about who I am and who I’m becoming as a woman of God. There have been moments of fear, isolation, and disconnection—times when I just didn’t know how to process the shift happening in my spirit.
But even in those moments, I’ve never felt more free. I’ve experienced more contentment and joy, and I haven’t had a single anxiety attack—not because life is perfect, but because I changed my perspective. I’m learning what it truly means to surrender, to let go, and to trust.
We often put pressure on ourselves to meet goals, stay consistent, and achieve results. But maybe… just maybe, the stress we carry comes from focusing on things that were never ours to carry in the first place. Maybe we’re so busy chasing what we think we should be doing that we miss what God is actually calling us to do.
It's not that God isn't answering you. It's not that you're unworthy. It's that God is gently trying to shift your focus. The things of this world are not in our control—they're in His.
So breathe.
Let Him handle what only He can.
You just focus on your part of the promise.
God has been so faithful to me—and I know He is just as faithful to you, no matter your past. You don’t have to be perfect for God to use you. Just be willing. Let Him have His way. His will is radiant, never shameful. Full of light, not burden.

In this episode, I explore the movie Blink Twice and how we often get so caught up in the allure of money and fame that we overlook the red flags and the impact it can have on our mental health in the long run. I also share my personal journey of using various coping strategies to escape my trauma, only to realize that coping and healing are two very different paths. So, which one will you choose?
There are so many moments when I catch myself feeding into my road rage, or when my resting face gives away the overthinking and confusion I’m feeling, especially when people or situations disrupt my peace. We can’t control everything but in the chaos, how do we find our way out of the funk? For me, it’s music. In this episode, I’m sharing the songs that helped me navigate through a week full of confusion and not-so-blissful moments. These tracks remind me that even when peace and joy feel far away, they’re still out there—and that they can bring comfort and clarity when I need it most.

Producing this episode was a deeply emotional experience for me. There’s a lot of spiritual struggle in the world that holds us back from healing from trauma, toxic relationships, and accepting our humanity. Mental and spiritual wellness go together. Grace guides us through challenges on our path to peace and joy. We all want more, but without grace, self-awareness, and healthy boundaries, we can’t be truly happy or successful.
