In this episode we discuss the murder of George Floyd and how the turmoil in the world can effect our internal mental health and some of our perspectives on that. (This episode was recorded a week or so ago so its not up to date)

There's major systematic and cultural problem that exist's globally and is extremely prevalent in our country - The demonization of Black people especially in the eyes of law enforcement has proved to be a major problem over and over and over and over and over and over and over again....All of these issues compounding with a country who's history is built on the Bloodshed of Native indigenous people's the slavery of Black people and the one sided systematic advantages afforded to everyone of the Caucasian Persuasion. People are tired, and with everything happening in our country right now, it can take a toll on our mental health.

It's okay to recognize that fatigue and to step back for a moment to take inventory of your own personal well being before jumping back into the fight.

This is the first episode since our Live show and SHIT TALKERS! IT WAS AMAZING! THANK YOU ALL FOR THE SUPPORT AND LOVE IT MEANS THE WORLD TO US.
