My 31st birthday is right around the corner, so I wanted to share some big moments that happened in my year as a 30-year-old. My 30th year was honestly such a huge year for me. It was the year I moved out alone, the year I really got into spirituality, the year I started my podcast. It was a very personal year for me and I will never forget it.

One huge thing that has helped my healing journey be impactful is that I had a friend by my side. Jessie and I started digging deeper into ourselves at the same time, in the same house, and during a global pandemic. We would be in our rooms all day reading and listening to self-development podcasts, then come out at 7 pm and discuss what we learned every night.
