Last year taught me so much, the things that I never even expected. Let's be honest it was a difficult year for everyone of us , but I wanted to share the positive side of it. Tune into this episode and listen to the things or life lessons 2020 taught me.

Positive affirmations are phrases or mantras that you repeat to yourself, which describe a specific outcome or who you want to be.

with constant repetition, your subconscious mind will start to believe them. And eventually, these affirmations will become your reality.

Episode about depression, I have narrated a piece from one of the books I have read awhile back called THE NOON DAY DEMON BY ANDREW SOLOMON, his words are still etched to my soul and embedded to my heart .I hope it will help you the way it helped me one day. self care episode; I wanted to make this for so long, everything that you are going to listen in this episode is something that I have experienced myself and something I live by on, I'm still learning I Haven't perfected the skill of self love completely but I wanna share what I have overcome and what I have learned over the years. This is very personal to me but sharing this makes me the happiest today. Hoping you'll understand what self love really is and that you are your own person.

This is my first podcast, I just wanted to help people who are facing difficulties and trying to just get through the day. You don't need to apply major measures to your problems, it starts from small things and it starts from YOU.
