So, in honor of that, we’re dropping an encore episode from May, when we tried to make sense of the mifepristone case headed to the Fifth Circuit.

Lizz and Moji have been chugging Imodium the last seven days as they follow the twists and turns of the Fifth Circus Court ruling that created a federal ban and put the mail distribution of the abortion pill mifepristone on the chopping block. Between Sam Alito giving us a week of reprieve to dial back our panic to 23/7 and the FDA assessing the fate of abortion medication using a debunked “study” (really just a forced-birth fever dream scribbled on fishwrap), we were already hanging by a thread. Then Oklahoma decided to do the absolute most by funneling money to FAKE clinics. So yeah, you’re gonna need an emotional support drink, spliff, snack, or whatever survival instincts you have left for this episode.
