  • EP 66: Stand Up & Fight Back - An Interview with Redneck Revolt
Raechel has the privilege of talking with a member of Redneck Revolt, "a national network of community defense projects from a broad spread of political, religious, and cultural backgrounds. It is a pro-worker, anti-racist organization that focuses on working class liberation from the oppressive systems which dominate our lives." This past week, members of RR joined other antifa activists to protect people on the ground in Charlottesville and Durham. Our guest was in both places.
This is a must-listen for anyone committed to supporting the struggle against white supremacy and fascism. I think, if you aren't already, this interview will inspire you to be in solidarity with the diversity of tactics we need for this fight, including armed defense.

TW: detailed descriptions of sexual harassment
    ***
In this episode we talk with Lacy O’Brien, founder of ReVoice, a non-profit dedicated to providing resources to stop sexual harassment in the workplace. Lacy discusses her own experience of harassment and how it inspired her to start an organization that could provide support for other victims, especially since, as Lacy learned, HR is there to protect the employer, not the worker.

  • EP 60: Marxism with SAL(T)
In this episode, we speak with Stella (she/her) and Maga (she/her or they/them) of SAL(T). SAL(T) is a multimedia project designed to produce critical inquiry about social and cultural issues from a Marxist Xicanismx perspective. We also talk with them about how social media can be utilized as a form of popular education. You can follow SAL(T) on Instagram and Facebook. Subpar internet connection (at times) brought to you by our favorite ISP monopoly, Comcast.

This episode is dedicated to Jesus Estrada-Perez. Our dear friend was a Chicanx activist and we remain inspired and motivated by his activism every single day. We would give the world to have him here with us and to have him be a part of this conversation with SAL(T). This episode reminded us so deeply of what moved Jesus. Jesus, we love and miss you so much. Our hearts ache. Love, Raechel & Mel

  • EP 58: Queer Body Love with Elizabeth Cooper
“How do we love ourselves, our bodies, and each other in the face of oppression?” - Elizabeth Cooper
In this episode, we talk with Elizabeth Cooper of the annual Queer Body Love Speaker Series. Cooper also coaches people (via Queer Body Love Coaching), leads group courses and workshops, and facilitates retreats so that people can learn to live and embody their own liberation. Key ideas from our conversation:
    Body autonomy
    Learning through conversation
